FUNDING.
FUNDING STREAMS.
Tourism Revelstoke offers application-based funding across four streams to support local non-profits, businesses, events, and creatives working on visitor-focused, tourism-forward initiatives.
EVENT FUND.
Tourism Revelstoke offers financial support for events that align with our strategic objectives.
Applications are reviewed monthly by the Tourism Revelstoke board. Priority is given to events that attract out-of-town visitors who are likely to stay overnight during the shoulder seasons (April 15–June 15 and/or September 15–December 15). Events that enhance the visitor experience during peak seasons may also be considered.
NON-PROFIT MARKETING FUND.
Tourism Revelstoke’s Non-Profit Marketing Funding Support Program helps visitor-serving non-profits strengthen their marketing efforts. Funding supports professional marketing initiatives that increase visibility of visitor experiences and contribute to a vibrant, year-round destination.
Funds may be used to support projects, including, but not limited to, a part-time marketing staff position, digital advertising, traditional marketing, content creation, and website development.
Up to $5000 available to registered non-profit organizations in Revelstoke & CSRD Area B for marketing projects and initiatives.
CONSUMER SHOW FUND.
For organizations representing Revelstoke at consumer trade shows.
The Brand Package includes branded swag, branded booth equipment, and physical marketing materials. The Partner Package is a 50/50 split of booth costs. A Tourism Revelstoke staff member will join your booth to promote the destination, and it includes the Brand Package.
FILM PROJECT FUND.
For local filmmakers and producers showcasing stories from within our community.
Project support depends on experience, storytelling, and distribution.
