Nico Leenders ran the Marketing department of Revelstoke Mountain Resort for 5 seasons. During that time, he was elected to the Board of Directors of Kootenay Rockies Tourism. Nico also worked closely with Destination British Columbia and designed their Digital Co-Op Marketing Program with Ski Resorts, Heli/Cat-Skiing operators. Since 2018, Nico has been overseeing operations for WesternTrust, a property management company that manages over a thousand licensed vacation rentals in 9 ski destinations – Whistler, Big White, Fernie, Canmore, Mont Tremblant, Jackson Hole, Park City, Aspen, and of course Revelstoke. Nico brings with him an intimate knowledge of the tourism industry and market drivers that affect not just Revelstoke, but those of some of its biggest competitors.

Owner, Taco Club

Mike has been active in the experience provider space for the last decade as owner of The Taco Club, a mainstay of downtown Revelstoke's restaurant scene. He is also a local Realtor with Royal Lepage Revelstoke, giving him a multidisciplinary view of Revelstoke's developing tourism economy. In his spare time, Mike enjoys skiing, biking, and exploring the outdoors with his family.

Owner, Swiss Chalet Motel

Eric Scarcella is the owner of the Swiss Chalet Motel and has been part of the local accommodation sector for 30 years.  Born and raised in Revelstoke, Eric has seen a lot of changes over the years. Eric has been a very active member in the Revelstoke community by volunteering his time with several boards including the Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce, Revelstoke Snowmobile Society, Tourism Initiatives Committee, and Tourism Revelstoke as a treasurer since it’s inception.

Co-President, Arts Revelstoke

Experience provider sector

Carol has a deep appreciation for the arts and culture scene in Revelstoke. She is a founding member and the current co-chair of Arts Revelstoke, a founding member of the Revelstoke Visual Arts Society, and the current chair of the Revelstoke Public Art Committee; she also sits on the Revelstoke Economic Development Committee. A Revelstoke local (since 1979) and retired from work in finance and community economic development with Community Futures as a business analyst, her goal is to expand the tourism offering in Revelstoke to include more arts and culture opportunities.

Owner, The Regent Hotel & Stoke Hotel & Best Western

Brady Beruschi, a proud Revelstoke native, is deeply connected to his community. He owns and operates several local businesses, including The Regent Hotel, Best Western Plus Revelstoke, The Stoke Hotel, Cheers Liquor Stores, 112 Restaurant & Lounge, River City Pub & Patio, and Traverse Lounge.  An avid mountain biker and snowmobiler, Brady enjoys sharing his passion for the outdoors with his wife and their four children.

General Manager, Selkirk Tangiers Heli-ski

Dave is the General Manager and Lead Ski Guide at Selkirk Tangiers Heli Skiing. Dave is also a board member of Helicat Canada. Dave has been working in the mechanized skiing industry since 1996 and has spent most of his time based out of the Revelstoke area skiing the Monashee and Selkirk Mountains. In the summer, you'll find Dave in the valley bottoms guiding remote fly fishing trips for Stonefly Guiding Co. 

General Manager, Eleven Revelstoke Lodge

Revelstoke has been home to Nina since 2020, where she oversees Canadian operations for Eleven Experience. With extensive hands-on experience in both accommodations and food & beverage, Nina has held diverse hospitality roles across the globe. Originally from Switzerland, she brings a strong background in International Hospitality Management to her role.

Owner, REVY Outdoors

Steven Cross is the owner of Revy Outdoors, an award-winning retailer of outdoor specialty gear that has been a part of Revelstoke for 11 years now. Previously, Steven has served on Council and was a founding member of the LFI Farmers Market and a committee member for the Revelstoke Poverty Reduction Committee. In addition to being on the Tourism Revelstoke Board, he is also serving on the Queen Victoria Hospital Foundation board. Before moving to Revelstoke 12 years ago, Steven was the Toronto GM for Mountain Equipment Co-op.

Owner, Alpha Mountain Lodging

Charlene Dow is the owner/operator of Alpha Mountain Lodging, a collection of modern, sustainable cabins just outside of Revelstoke. She and her partner built the business from the ground up and remain deeply involved in all aspects of its day-to-day operations. With a strong focus on eco-friendly practices and immersive guest experiences, Charlene takes pride in showcasing the natural beauty and unique character of Revelstoke. She brings a passion for sustainability, community, and authentic tourism development. In addition to running her business, Charlene also works as a Registered Dietitian with Interior Health and enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and two children.

GM of The Sutton Place Hotel Revelstoke Mountain Resort

Revelstoke has been home to Brittany since 2025, where she is the General Manager of The Sutton Place Hotel Revelstoke Mountain Resort. She brings extensive experience in luxury hospitality, having managed Food & Beverage and Events at leading hotels in Banff and Lake Louise, and later overseeing estate wineries and hotel operations across British Columbia.
